DIRECTIONS:
FROM I-26 & I-40 (THE ASHEVILLE AIRPORT)
Take I-240 into Asheville. Exit 5B/Charlotte Street. From I-240 East, turn left on Charlotte Street or from I-240 West, turn right on Charlotte Street. Proceed north on Charlotte Street for approximately 0.7 miles. Turn right on Macon Avenue and continue for 0.8 miles. The Omni Grove Park Inn entrance will be on your left.

WHEN TO ARRIVE:
Arrive after 4:00pm (check-in time). Preferably before 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 1st.
Check-in will be at the Omni lobby.
You will need a credit card to check in. If you don’t have one, please arrange with Angelica in advance and she will help you with the process.
WHEN TO LEAVE:
Check-out is on Sunday, August 4th, any time before 11:00 am.
WHAT ARE THE ACCOMMODATIONS?
Hotel rooms at the Omni Grove Park Inn. All rooms are non-smoking.
PARKING:
We cover the cost for self-parking in the garage. If you want to valet park your car, the cost of $38 per night will be your responsibility.
WHAT TO WEAR?
Thursday Night Memory Gala Supernova Awards Dinner and Dancing: Cocktail Attire – Black Tie appropriate. No shorts. No T-shirts. No Jeans. Dress to impress.
Friday and Saturday Training Meetings: Business Casual. Bring a sweater in case the room is cold.
Friday night Salvage Station Dinner and Dancing: This event is offsite at Salvage Station. Barbecue, live music, dancing.
Casual dress: Shorts, t-shirt, flip flops acceptable. 80’s attire optional.
Saturday night Live Music and Karaoke party: Station food, live music, and karaoke. Casual dress: Shorts, t-shirt, flip flops acceptable.

Yes. Ask Angelica and she will obtain the same rate for a later or earlier arrival. (Ask Angelica about rates for various room types).
WRIST BAND AND NAME BADGE TO ATTEND EVENTS:
You must wear the company name badge provided in the check-in package to obtain alcoholic beverage service and to attend events. We will provide Live Weller theme wrist bands for you and your spouse/guest.
DETAILS ON FOOD / EVENTS BEING SERVED:
Thursday Night Memory Gala Supernova Awards / Cocktails / Dinner / Dancing: Starts at 6:15pm at Vanderbilt Terrace and Grand Ballroom pre-function. There will be cocktails, dinner, awards, and dancing. This event is for everyone including spouses and friends. Cocktails (beer & wine) served in the Vanderbilt Terrace and Grand Ballroom with music. Plated meal served at table. There will be a live band after the awards ceremony.
Friday Morning: Breakfast starts at 8:00am in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. For Team Members only. Not spouses and friends. Please note that any SLC Board (and their guest), RAC Members (and their guest), vendors, partners and honoree guests may join us for breakfast. It will be served buffet-style and taken to the meeting room.
Friday Lunch: Lunch will be provided in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. For Team Members only. Not spouses and families. Please note that any SLC Board (and their guest), RAC Members (and their guest), vendors, partners and honoree guests may join us for lunch.
Friday Night: Local barbeque. Open Bar with beer and wine. There will be live music, and dancing. We have rented Salvage Station for this event. The 80’s band “The Plaids”, will start at 7:15pm. 80’s attire optional.
Saturday Morning: Breakfast starts at 8:00am in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. For Team Members only. Not spouses and friends. Saturday Night Live Music and Karaoke Party: Starts at 6:30pm. For everyone including spouses and friends. At The Pavilion overlooking the golf course. Outside/Inside event. Food, beer, and wine. There will be live music and karaoke.
MEALS NOT COVERED FOR SPOUSES AND FRIENDS:
Breakfast and lunches are not provided.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION:
Omni Grove Park Inn is about 30 minutes from the Asheville Airport. Angelica will arrange and pay for the shuttle both ways to and from the Asheville Airport if you are flying in. Let her know if this applies to you and send her your flight itinerary.
ACTIVITIES
5K RUN OR WALK:
Start time is at 6:30am. Meet at the front of the hotel. Everybody is welcome to participate (i.e.: spouses and guests). Please let Angelica know in advance by using the online registration form. Make sure to add your shirt preferences. There will be walkers starting time and runners starting time.

Walking / Jogging: There are about 15 miles of walking and jogging paths which run through the Inn. No reservation or money needed.
Fitness Center: The full service Fitness Center is available at no cost. Multiple free and machine weight systems with run / jog / step machines. Indoor lap pool. Men’s and Women’s changing rooms, showers, and saunas. It is located adjacent to the Tennis Pro Shop about ½ mile north form the front of the hotel.
Spa Services: Multiple spa treatments are available. Reservations and information can be had at (800) 438-5800. It’s recommend calling ahead and making reservations.
